Campground Services

  • A water fill line is available to guests just as they turn into the campground area, please note this is non-potable water.
  • Sites are 'dry'. Generators are more than welcome. For those with C-Pap machines, please know we don't have a geny shut down time (you're allowed to breathe all night long!)
  • Some picnic tables are located throughout.
  • Guests are welcome to bring propane firepits.
  • Guests can enjoy music into the night, we don't have a shut down time, we simply ask that the volume is kept at a reasonable level.

Fire Policy

Please understand that while everything may look lush and green, from May to September our area is considered an extreme fire hazard. ShyLynn Ranch enforces a permanent fire ban which includes all wood fires, sparklers, tiki torches and fireworks. This also includes BBQs that require briquettes or any open flame not controlled by propane. Anyone caught violating this rule will be asked to leave immediately.

Pet Policy

  • Pets need to be on a leash at all times. NO EXCEPTIONS. We'd like to keep our Ranch pet friendly, any guests found allowing their pets off leash will be asked to leave immediately.
  • Owners must clean up after their pets in all areas.
  • Please be courteous of other guests.
  • For the safety of all animals on the Ranch, pets are prohibited from all fenced paddocks and fields.
  • Pets are allowed on leash in the campground and along the roadways. They are prohibited from being on the lawns in the ceremony and reception site areas.

The Cabins

All Cabins are Included With Your Venue Fee

While the cabins do not have running water or power, a large water container is provided for your use, and the shower house is just down the hill. Each cabin is equipped with it's own propane heater which definitely adds to your comfort, but please be aware the cabins are not insulated. If you are planning your stay early spring or late fall, that the cabins can become chilly. We suggest extra blankets (slippers help too). If you would like a list of local hotels, B&B's and RV rental companies please contact us.
